Feng Shui evaluation of new business premises

Why Feng Shui

This business was in the process of moving into new retail premises. The business owners wanted a Feng Shui consultation to find out how to best utilise the space to best effect.

Feng Shui Evaluation

In short, the Feng Shui indicated that bought a potential gold mine. Energetics were extremely well matched to the needs of that specific business.

There were two concerns that came up:

  • Firstly that was the likelihood that shoppers would tend not to visit the rear part of the shop.
  • Secondly, that the company offices, located in the basement were not worker friendly, creating a potential for reduced productivity, and quite likely a higher staff turnover in the longer term.

Feng Shui Recommendations

  • Firstly we looked at a number of ways to encourage customers into the rear of the shop.
  • Secondly it was recommended that additional ventilation be introduced into the basement, along with lighting that produced less heat.
  • A variety of other guidance was also provided.

Feedback

The changes in the basement have certainly improved the space, creating a much more comfortable working area, and on the business side, the level of trade expected after several years trading had been achieved in just a few months.

Comment

It’s a real privilege as a Feng Shui consultant to be able to tell someone they have hit the jackpot in terms of the Feng Shui. Of course not everyone can do that; it’s always best to get the premises checked out before you make a commitment.

Favourable energetics in a new shop

Just one of the favourable energetic features of this situation is that of the yin/yang split.

The blue area (the left side as you look forwards) is concerned with yang; the male, locical, practical side of life. This was perfect for the more practical products that this shop sells.

The green area (on the right as you look forwards) is more to do with yin; the female, nurturing, caring side of life. This was good for the personal products that were on sale.

The curious bit

The new owners has found a great place for their business, and had naturally moved their stock into the best area within it according to the Feng Shui analysis. This is quite normal to find when successful people do what comes naturally to them.
