There are two ways that Mike can help:

External evaluation: When you have a shortlist of homes that you're considering as your ideal new home, Mike will take a tour with you, looking at the external Feng Shui characteristics of each one. As the outside of a property is very important in Feng Shui terms, if there are any unhelpful features in the house and surrounding landscape, Mike can bring these to your attention. 
At the end of the tour, Mike will advise on those houses that can stay on your shortlist and those that you should leave out.
During the tour, Mike also helps you to understand what to look for, so that if necessary you can continue your future search with much more confidence.

Full evaluation: When you have decided on the house you really want to buy, Mike can carry out a full Feng Shui consultation on the property for you to see if it really does have everything you need.

Are you Following Unhelpful Energy?

As people live in a particular property, they will become familiar with its energetic characteristics and tend to feel comfortable in such surroundings. When they look for a new home, the chances are that they will find places that are energetically very similar to their current home. This is called “following the chi” (chi = life energy).

If the chi is supporting you, then things will work in your favour. If the chi is unhelpful or not supporting you, then moving to such a house will likely bring little benefit.
